During the introductory segment, we will highlight our mind-body connection, flowing gently through easy asanas and marrying breath and movement. The session follows with supported postures, using bolsters, blankets, cushions, blocks and eye pillows. This “meditative” approach stimulates a relaxation response, with feelings of ease permeating every layer of our being.
