Chelsea Porper

Chelsea started practicing yoga about three years ago to help her quit smoking and to manage anxiety and stress, not realizing it would become something she’d really love and teach. Yoga helped her to build confidence and to love herself and her body.  After years of dealing with body issues and depression, yoga really helped her to break through those issues and to find herself. Chelsea is hoping she can help others to do the same.

Chelsea completed the 200hr Yoga JoyFlow training in 2016 with Paula Passanisi. Her classes are Forrest yoga inspired, concentrating heavily on breathwork and being in your body. She wants to help people feel comfortable in their bodies and to love themselves. She wants to make everyone feel like yoga is for them because yoga is for everyone-every age, gender and body type. 

Besides yoga Chelsea enjoys cooking and eating food, and looking and learning about art. She also loves learning about the world around her and the people in it.
